LINDA NAOMI PHILLIPS,

73, of Jacksonville passed away on May 6, 2021. She was born September 9, 1947, in Hot Springs, Ark., to Ralph and Clara (Pierce) Watkins. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Phillips; and siblings, Patsy Bull, Harlon, Lewis, and Jackie Watkins.

Linda is survived by her children, Ladonna (Jeffrey) Slater and David (Josephine) Jones; and siblings, Sherry and Jerry Watkins.
