Amateur golf takes center stage beginning today at Seminole Golf Club in Juno Beach, Fla., where the 10-player teams from the U.S. and Great Britain/Ireland will square off in a match play format in the 48th Walker Cup. To date, the U.S. has dominated Walker Cup play, with 37 wins against nine losses and one tie, including a 15.5 to 10.5 victory two years ago at England’s Royal Liverpool Golf Club.

3 p.m. on FS1 MLB Baseball

Two teams that will be seeing a whole lot of each other this season square off this afternoon at Oracle Park, where Evan Longoria and the San Francisco Giants continue a three-game set against their NL West rivals in Wil Myers and the San Diego Padres. The Giants drew first blood in their series in early April with the Pods, winning two of three at Petco Park.

7 p.m. on ABC CBS; 10 p.m. on FOX VAX LIVE: The Concert to Reunite the World

Selena Gomez hosts this new special (also airing on CBS and Fox) that aims to boost vaccine confidence and help get the vaccines proven effective against COVID-19 to some of the poorest nations around the world. Performers in the concert, which was pre-taped at So-Fi Stadium, include Jennifer Lopez, Eddie Vedder, Foo Fighters, J Balvin and H.E.R. The special also will include a salute to the 27 million heroic health workers currently involved in the worldwide battle against the coronavirus pandemic.

7 p.m. on LIFE Movie: Memories of a Murder

Gail, a young woman who runs a successful shop where she sells “murderabilia,” attracts the unwelcome attention of a real-life killer who taunts her by leaving trophies from unsolved murders at her doorstep. The situation assumes life-ordeath stakes, however, when her investigation gets closer to the psycho’s identity in this 2021 thriller. Isabella Pisacane, Jamie Donnelly, Abby Awe, Rosa Gilmore and Craig Walker star.

7 p.m. on HBO Movie: Greenland

Structural engineer John Garrity (Gerard Butler) and his family in Atlanta find themselves fighting for survival as a massive comet streaks toward Earth in director Ric Roman Waugh’s 2020 disaster film, on which Butler also serves as a producer. Morena Baccarin, David Denman, Hope Davis, Roger Dale Floyd and Scott Glenn also star in the film, which earned generally favorable reviews, although the COVID-19 pandemic curtailed its international run in theaters.

7 p.m. on BBCA Attenborough’s Journey

This new British documentary offers a respectful but entertaining portrait of environmentalist and filmmaker Sir David Attenborough on his 95th birthday. The film chronicles Attenborough’s life from his boyhood of fossil-hunting and his early years as a radio and TV host to his

many documentaries that pioneered the use of new technologies, thus changing the face of natural history programming. It also documents some of his many travels from the Galapagos islands to the jungles of Borneo and the mountains of Canada, among other destinations.

8 p.m. on OWN Iyanla, Fix My Life

A new episode called “99 Problems and My Mom Is One” spotlights a family that is approaching the end of its collective rope after spending months together in quarantine due to the global coronavirus pandemic. Now, they’re feeling disconnected and frustrated, but life coach Iyanla Vanzant helps them understand that their profound issues with communication and codependency started long before a deadly virus came along.
