2 p.m. on NBCSN 2021 World Women’s Curling Championship

The “bubble” of Markin MacPhail Centre at Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, Alberta, is the scene today as the 2021 World Women’s Curling Championship wraps up with the Gold Medal Game. Like many other sporting events, this 10-day tournament experienced pandemic-related rescheduling, having been pushed back from March and relocated from Switzerland. The Swiss rink took the title in 2020.

2:30 p.m. on FS1 NASCAR Cup Series

A track known to give drivers and racing crews fits is the scene today as Darlington Raceway plays host to the Goodyear 400. The two very different turns at each end of the 1.366-mile egg-shaped oval dubbed “the Track Too Tough to Tame” presents problems in setting up cars to handle effectively at both ends. A field including Kevin Harvick, Denny Hamlin, Brad Keselowski and Martin Truex Jr. will try to tame it in this race.

7 p.m. on A&E Biography: Booker T

Emmy and Peabody Award winner George Roy (“Mayweather”) directed this feature-length profile of one of the greatest superstars in sports entertainment history. A two-time inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame, Booker T also is an 11-time WCW Tag Team Champion, a six-time World Champion and winner of the 2006 King of the Ring Tournament. In addition to his triumphs inside the ring, Booker T also went on to become a color commentator for WWE’s weekly programming.

8 p.m. on FOX Bob’s Burgers

The Belcher kids (voices of Dan Mintz, Eugene Mirman, Kristen Schaal) find themselves caught up in a cat-andmouse game after Dr. Yap (voice of guest star Ken Jeong) comes to the burger restaurant looking for something that was taken from his dental office waiting room in the new episode “Steal Magazine-olias.” Elsewhere, Bob, Linda and Teddy (voices of H. Jon Benjamin, John Roberts, Larry Murphy) try to remove an unusually large deposit of bird poop from the eatery window.

8 p.m. on HBO The Nevers

As much of the public buzzes over with anticipation over an upcoming execution, Penance (Ann Skelly) wrestles with a moral calling she feels that is notably at odds with Amalia’s (Laura Donnelly) plan in the new episode “Hanged.” That divergence of vision forces the Orphans to debate among themselves as to which of the women to follow. Olivia Williams, James Norton, Tom Riley and Ben Chaplin also star.

9 p.m. on ABC The Rookie

Officers Nolan and Bradford (Nathan Fillion, Eric Winter) put their safety on the line as they desperately try to de-escalate a potentially explosive drug war before any innocent lives are lost in the new episode “Triple Duty.” Elsewhere, Officer Harper (Mekia Cox) hopes she can ensure that Officer Chen (Melissa O’Neil) is fully prepared for a high-stakes undercover assignment. Alyssa Diaz, Titus Makin Jr. and Richard T. Jones also star.

9 p.m. on CBS NCIS: New Orleans

After Pride (Scott Bakula) directs his team to find evidence linking Sasha Broussard (recurring guest star Callie Thorne) to the recent violent attacks in New Orleans, he faces the painful task of helping Connor (guest star Drew Scheid) come to terms with who his mother really is in the new episode “Illusions.” Meanwhile, Carter and Tammy (Charles Michael Davis, Vanessa Ferlito) search for a highly trained military canine who has been stolen. The guest cast also includes Joanna Cassidy; Chelsea Field also stars.

9 p.m. on CNN United Shades of America

In the new episode “Black to the Future,” host W. Kamau Bell takes a very deep dive into the discrimination and racism that lingers in major programs like STEM. He also examines social and corporate leaders who are driving efforts to build a more inclusive workforce for the globally competitive future in technology and space.

10 p.m. on SHOW Ziwe

Formerly a scribe for “Desus & Mero” and “Our Cartoon President,” the writer, comic and performer Ziwe also is showrunner of this eponymous new late-night variety show, which is driven by her funny and distinctly no-holds-barred brand of comedy and cutting pop culture observations. Showtime has ordered six episodes for Season 1, which reportedly will feature interviews, musical numbers, guest stars, sketches and spontaneous interactions with everyday people.

10:20 p.m. on AMC Gangs of London

As the members of the Wallace family retreat to the relative security of a safehouse, Marian (Michelle Fairley) increases her pressure on Sean (Joe Cole) to find a way to unmask the killer of his father Finn (Colm Meaney) in the new “Episode 6.” Elsewhere, a new threat throws Elliot’s (Sope Dirisu) recovery into jeopardy. Lucian Msamati and Paapa Essiedu also star.
