This new one-hour special honors the trailblazing work of five female powerhouses of comedy: writer, actor and producer Mindy Kaling (“The Mindy Project”), multiple Emmy winners Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Maya Rudolph, Screen Actors Guild award winner Sofía Vergara (“Modern Family”), acclaimed writer and performer Michaela Coel (“I May Destroy You”) and two-time Emmy-winning “Saturday Night Live” chameleon Kate McKinnon. Each of the honorees will be interviewed by a friend or family member. Additionally, Tina Fey offers a tribute to the life and career of Gilda Radner.

In the new episode “Full House,” the tension level is on the rise in the Snowden household, where the new family of nine is forced into quarantine under one roof. Oscar- and Emmy-winning filmmaker Alex Gibney’s (“Going Clear: Scientology & the Prison of Belief”) two-part documentary, which concludes Tuesday night, is a blazing indictment of the major drug companies and the political operatives and government regulations that enable the over-production, widespread distribution and abuse of synthetic opioids. The film examines how Purdue Pharma, which manufactured the highly addictive drug OxyContin, worked closely with the FDA to get the hugely profitable pain medication released for wider use.

While Owen (Rob Lowe) is recovering, he’s stunned when he emerges as the prime suspect in the serial arsonist case in the new episode “The Big Heat.” Meanwhile, T.K. and Carlos (Ronen Rubinstein, Rafael Silva) find themselves in their own fiery situation, and Tommy (Gina Torres) receives the surprise of her life.
