Phyllis Ilene Conner Buckingham,

CABOT — age 89, of Cabot, Ark., passed away Sunday August 1, 2021, at her home. Phyllis was born on August 26, 1931, to Leo Conner and Maddie Powers Conner in Monroe County, Iowa.

Phyllis retired from Remington Arms. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Cabot.

Phyllis was proceeded in death by her husband, Billy Eugene Buckingham; and her two sons, Michael Dean Buckingham and Scott Allen Buckingham.

She is survived by her son, Steven Randal Buckingham and wife, Terry, of Cabot; and by her grandchildren, Lark Buckingham of Little Rock, Beth Steinbeck of Fort Smith, Sarah Khan of Bloomsburg, Pa., Emily Hartberger of Fayetteville, and Billy Buckingham of Little Rock; as well as seven great-grandchildren.
