Larry Clark Davis,

DURHAM, N.C. — 73, went to his heavenly home on July 24, 2021. Mr. Davis was born and raised in Little Rock, Ark., to the late Willie Jones and Sallie Smith.

He spent 18 honorable years in the United States Army, completing two tours of duty as a Medic during the Vietnam War. Mr. Davis was quiet in nature and had a loving and big open heart for his friends and Family who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Ruby Reeves and Roszell Dunbar. He is survived by two brothers, Sylvester (Mildred) Shaddavine, of Little Rock, Ark., O.C. Rhone of Vallejo, Calif.; and sister, Rita Davis of Dallas, Texas, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Special lifelong friend and brother, Mr. Percy Walker.

Walk-through viewing will be at Ruffin and Jarrett Funeral Home, Friday, August 6, 2021, 12-4 p.m. Masks are required and social spacing is observed. Graveside services 10 a.m. Monday, August 9, 2021, Arkansas State Veterans’ Cemetery, North Little Rock.
