69, of Crossett, died Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at the Ashley County Medical Center. Mrs. Chalk was a native and lifelong resident of Crossett. Celebration of Life services are 1:30 p.m., Saturday, December 11, 2021, at the Fountain Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Chryl Slocum officiating.
