Edible Holiday Wreath

36 cheese sticks (12 each of cheddar, mozzarella and colby jack), cut into cubes

2 cups roasted, salted cashews, pecans or walnuts (or a mixture)

2 lbs cured sliced meats, like pepperoni or salami

Fresh cranberries, blackberries, olives, grapes or other fruits and veggies Fresh rosemary sprigs

1. Divide all ingredients in half. Place a small plate in the center of a 14- to 16-inch round cheese or cutting board.

2. Using the clock-face method, pile cheese cubes evenly at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock. Fill in remaining open areas with piles of cured meat and nuts.

3. Finish by tucking in berries, grapes or olives on top of the wreath. Tuck sprigs of rosemary or other greenery around edges. Serves 12 to 15
