NATURALS 10, TRAVELERS 5

John Rave and Tucker Bradley each hit two-out, three-run home runs in leading the Northwest Arkansas Naturals to a victory over the Arkansas Travelers in front of an announced crowd of 3,807 Sunday afternoon at Dickey-Stephens Park in North Little Rock.

The Naturals won their second game in a row after stopping a five-game losing streak Saturday night.

Rave’s home run — his third of the season — came in the third inning off losing pitcher Emerson Hancock (0-1). Bradley’s blast came in the fifth inning against Collin Kober and increased the Naturals’ lead to 10-1. It was Bradley’s fourth home run of the season.

Zack Phillips (1-0), the second of four Northwest Arkansas pitchers, picked up the victory. Phillips struck out three and gave up no hits in 22/3 innings.

Jack Larsen belted his second home run of the season for the Travs in the fifth inning. Jake Anchia singled in two runs for Arkansas in the eighth inning. The Travs also picked up RBI singles from Cade Marlowe and Riley Unroe.
