70, Little Rock, Ark., departed this life September 23, 2022. He was preceded in death by: Edward Kendall (father), Lula Kendall (mother), Aretha Marie Kendall (daughter) and Kenneth Ray Scott (nephew).

Arthur leaves to cherish his memory: Surviving siblings, Barbara Ann Kendall, Gloria Scott, Linda Kay Davis, Benny Ray Jones, Edward Terry, and Edwina Kendall.
