DERMOTT — Barton Alan Bynum

was born in Dermott, Ark., on June 7, 1945, the son of Woodrow Wilson and Janie Richardson Bynum. He died on Jan. 21, 2023, at the Southern Hills Cottages in Rison, Ark. He is survived by his wife, Judith Lane Bynum of Collins, Ark.; his daughter, Dr. Jody Grimm (Robert) of Sallisaw, Okla.; his son, Woodrow Bynum of Albany, N.Y. Funeral Services will be Saturday, Mar. 18, 2023, at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Monticello, Ark. A reception will follow the funeral service in the First United Methodist Family Life Center. The burial will take place in Oakland Cemetery after the reception.
