BETTY LOU RANDOLPH

left us on January 18th, 2023, at the age of 85. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Douglas Randolph, and her second born son, Greg Randolph. While we are all rejoicing at her homecoming and reunion with many family members and friends gone before her, there will be a gaping hole in the hearts of those she’s left behind.

Betty is survived by her children, Victor Randolph and Chris Randolph, daughter-in-law, Cindy Hendricks, her grandchildren, Kaylyn and Eric Terry, Tori and Alex Finley, and Sara and Julian Kidd, as well as four great-grandchildren, Grace and Judah Finley, Khloe Terry, and soon to be born baby girl Kidd.

To know Betty was to love her and to be welcomed into her home with open arms. Whether it be for a meal, a quick chat, or an overnight stay she was always ready to make her home a safe, inviting, and comforting place for all who entered her doorway. Though she had a dedicated career at THV11 she spent the last years of her life caring for her husband until his death and after that devoting herself to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She never missed an event of theirs and continued hosting every holiday they were in town.

She was a longtime member of the Central Church of Christ in Little Rock, a regular Bunko attendee, and an avid gardener who frequented Lowes. She loved to shop and even more than that she loved to give. Though gift-giving was her love language it was the generous gift of her time that will leave the greatest impact on all of us who knew her best.

She taught us to slow down and be present and that you can never be too full for another cup of coffee and a piece of dessert.

To honor Betty’s memory, we are holding a celebration of her life on Thursday January 26th at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills 7724 Landers Rd., North Little Rock, Ark., 72117.

There will be a visitation at 11 a.m., followed by a service at noon. Weinvite anyone who knew Betty to attend as we honor and remember her wonderful life. www.griffinleggettresthills.com.
