Indian soldiers hold rope

Sunday, as they guard India’s opposition Congress party leader Rahul Gandhi and other leaders during a 5-month-long “Unite India March,” in Srinagar, Indian controlled Kashmir. The countrywide trek that began at the southernmost tip of India on Sept. 7., is expected to traverse 2,218 miles and cross 12 states before finishing in Indian-controlled Kashmir.
